DISC JOCKEY SERVICES

All Wedding Disc Jockey services include the following:

  • One professional DJ (dressed in formal attire) operating as Master of Ceremonies and Reception Coordinator, using the SIHASI copyrighted Reception Planner, available on this site.  It allows the Bride and Groom as much or as little control of the reception as they want.) 
  • Professional DJ equipment mounted in a vertical stand.  Most others spread their equipment across a table.  We do not.
  • Wired and wireless UHF microphone systems.  Most others use lower quality VHF or FM wireless microphones.
  • CD, MD and computer based MP3 music systems.  Most others use a computer only.  What happens if their hard drive crashes?  Our system allows for built in back up to all music.
  • Four speakers.  Most others use two speakers.  Four speakers provides a better range of sound.
  • Two amplifiers for dedicated clear left and right channel sound.  Most others use one amplifier.  What if that one in a million time when an amplifier goes bad happens at your wedding or event?  With our system, the music won't stop.  
  • Dance floor "disco style" lighting.  Most others don't provide any enhanced lighting.  However, we won't turn your wedding or event into a nightclub.  Our lighting is subtle, just enough to add the right ambience.
  • Nearly 25 years of professional disc jockey experience.  Most others are new to the business because it looked easy to get into.
  • We will only book three weddings in one night.  Others book up to 10 or 15.  We find that anything over three reduces the quality and consistency that has made us a leader in DJ services since 1987.

DJ PRICE PACKAGES

BRONZE PACKAGE-$445 includes 3 hours of DJ service within 30 miles of Toledo.  All correspondence done by phone and/or email.  Additional service at $100 per hour.

SILVER PACKAGE-$545 includes unlimited (within reason) hours of service within 60 miles of Toledo, as well as personal consultations with the SIHASI Wedding Coordinator and the Bride and Groom.

GOLD PACKAGE-$645 includes unlimited (within reason) hours of service within 60 miles of Toledo, unlimited (when available and within reason) consultations in person with SIHASI Wedding Coordinator and Bride and Groom...as well as (same site) music for the ceremony, or (same site) Wedding Minister for the ceremony.  (Off site locations, or rehearsal attendance is additional.)

 

VIDEO SERVICES

Through hundreds of weddings, private events, school, religious, and corporate videos, we have exceeded the expectations of our customers. Our professional full-time videographer, Trig Simon uses the latest digital technology to master videos that rival anything you might find at a much higher price. Trig operates our Video Images by Trig Simon Divison.  Trig is well known in this area for his corporate and commercial video productions, as well as working with us on outstanding wedding videos.  Trig recently completed editing of a full length theatrical movie.  Following are our wedding videography packages. Other video services, such as additional cameras, pictures to video, and more copies of the edited final video will be quoted separately based on the customer's needs.  All videos are subject to appropriate sales tax.

BUDGET PACKAGE -$395 includes 2 continuous hours of unlimited video service, with all unedited video coverage transferred to 1 DVD.

BRONZE PACKAGE -$895 includes continuous coverage of the ceremony and reception with one manned and one fixed camera.  A wireless microphone will be used for receiving audio of the wedding vows.  Taping of the photo sessions after the ceremony is included.  You receive two professionally edited DVD's with custom cases to match your printed ceremony program.  Editing is done with music overlays, appropriate transitions and special effects, and all without time restrictions.


SILVER PACKAGE -$1195 includes early arrival to capture the bride, groom, and bridal party preparing for the ceremony, the pre-wedding photo sessions, continuous coverage of the ceremony with two manned and one fixed cameras.  A wireless microphone will be used for receiving audio of the wedding vows.    Two cameras are used to capture coverage of the reception.   You will receive three professionally edited DVD's with custom cases to match your printed ceremony program. Editing is done with music overlays, transitions, special effects, and all without time restrictions.

GOLD PACKAGE -$1995 includes the LOVE STORY, shot weeks before the wedding.  This includes video coverage of you as a couple, along with separate audio of your history together.  This has become a favorite for our brides and grooms.  It also includes coverage of your wedding rehearsal, early arrival at the ceremony to capture the bride, groom, and bridal party preparing,  continuous coverage of the ceremony, with three 3-chip digital cameras; two manned and one fixed.  A wirelsss microphone will be used for receiving audio of the wedding vows.   Two cameras are used to capture coverage of the reception.   One videographer will go to an additional site (if time permits) between the ceremony and reception for more coverage.  Your Reception will be enhanced with a music video / slideshow with 50-100 growing-up photos set to music of your choice.  This will be projected on a large screen during dinner, with short video shots from your Love Story, Rehearsal, Rehearsal Dinner and Wedding.  We will then project live video shots, so everyone can see the cake-cutting, special dances and more.  You will receive three professionally edited DVD's with custom cases to match your printed ceremony program. Editing is done with music overlays transitions, special effects, and all without time restrctions.

PHOTOGRAPHY SERVICES

Our professional full-time photographer, Tom Whalen, with over 20 years of experience, works in all facets of photography. As both a photo journalist and wedding photographer, Tom knows how to capture an image that will last a lifetime.  Tom is involved with the editing and photography of local trade publications and does photography for many area labor unions.  Tom works on a national basis, often being hired for photography assignments around the Country.  As the Director of our Flash Images Division, Tom schedules all wedding photography through us.  All photography is high end digital quality.  Typically, wedding ceremonies will yield 150 or more images, and receptions will yield 200 or more images.  Photography services are subject to appropriate sales tax. 

BUDGET PACKAGES-BUDGET 1-$395 offers 2 continuous hours of unlimited photography service, with photos posted on line for purchase.  CD of all images provided for an additional $195.

BUDGET 2-$595 includes unlimited photography for ceremony or reception plus a custom album with 50 4x6 prints, 5 5x7 prints, and 5 8x10 prints as well as all photos posted on line for additional purchase. CD of all images provided for an additional $295.

BRONZE PACKAGE -$945 includes full event coverage of pre-ceremony, ceremony and reception, plus a custom album with 200 4x6 prints, 5 5x7 prints, and 5 8x10 prints. as well as all photos posted on line for additional purchase.

SILVER PACKAGE -$1145 includes full event coverage of pre-ceremony, ceremony, one additional location between ceremony and reception, and reception, plus a custom album with 300 4x6 prints, 5 5x7 prints, and 5 8x10 prints, as well as all photos posted on line for additional purchase.

GOLD PACKAGE -$1345 includes full event coverage of pre-ceremony, ceremony, one additional location between ceremony and reception, and reception, plus a custom album with 400 4x6 prints, 10 5x7 prints, and 10 8x10 prints, as well as all photos posted on line for additional purchase.

PLATINUM PACKAGE-$1495 includes full coverage of pre-ceremony, ceremony, one additional location between ceremony and reception, and reception, plus a custom album with all images taken in 4x6 prints, 10 5x7, and 10 8x10 prints, as well as a CD with all images taken and all photos posted on line for additional purchase.
